I lived there, its insane. Everything has been illegal for so long that NO one cares anymore. You can pay any fine right on the spot in cash. No driving records etc. Its really the oposite of the police state of the West. Even the dogs can run free and do whatever they want there.

If they didn't drive on the wrong side of the road then this wouldn't happen. Also, there doesn't appear to be a steering wheel on the right-hand-side. What are they steering with ?

This one's pretty nasty. Usually I watch these things thinking "Okay, what can I learn from this? How could I avoid that accident?" The only clue on this one was when that initial oncoming vehicle passed while driving way on the wrong side of the center line. I'm not sure that would offer anyone enough of a clue to avoid the surprise waiting when the van swerved to the side.
