The only thing this guy proves is that he's 137% stupid. First, there is nothing funny or clever about 137 pig shaped dollar bills in a donut box. Very sophomoric. Even tho, the disqus comment system has now an updated GUI, also without a doubt the comment fuck-ups are really rare now, please note, that there is some sort of (I guess) cookie fuck up, since the comment system no longer remembers the "best/newest/oldest" comment sorting setting, as it used to just days ago.

the idea is totally good, the guy just went about it like a dumb ass...
There is absolutely no regulation as why not to accept payment like that.
If I heard "I'm not gonna sit here and unfold it like that" I would do a lot more arguing and at the worst, I would take my money go home and follow up a series of correspondence as to how my ticket should be cancelled due to police station rejecting the payment and lack of other payment possibilities, that would at the least buy me some significant time to pay the ticket.
If you are determined enough to spend 4+ hrs folding money, you don't give a shit if you're somehow blacklisted for future police encounters, but most of all - you don't fucking pussy out after 5 min discussion, that is just lame.

besides 2 minutes each is roughly 4,5 hrs, how do you lose track for the final half an hour?
