A clip from Luke Gamble's Vet Adventures. He performs field surgery on a cow in India which has eaten loads of plastic and is very sick because of it. In the end he has pulled 14 kg out of the poor animal, but the most important bit is what he says at the end and I'd like to mainly direct those words at Thrid World nations.
