That woman was clearly in the wrong and a huge racist, why else would the lovely black gentleman attack her so brutally.

What makes you think this man is a policeman? If you look carefully around the 5 second mark it's pretty clear that he's actually black. Therefore it's much more likely that he killed a real policeman and stole his uniform prior to this event.
