Does it make sense to put ads on your site, that can't finance it?
So, you mean your values make remain underfinanced, provide buggy website to your users, and get them user-friendly ads, over getting some more maliscious ads but at least maintaing a functional, well financed website?

Are you sure you'd be able to actually meet the demands of premium registered users paying for their membership?

Judging from what your users demand from a free website, I seriously doubt it.

I'd love to go back to posting the old stuff from TotallyCrap, however, no one wanted to advertise on there because it was too risky or whatever.

The only ones willing to advertise o there where people who did not care about the visitor whatsoever. Popups, interstitials, fake msn ads, malware crap, install this so you can play a game bullshit. And so on.
We decided not to go that route, cause we hate ads like that.

I'm sorry if you do not completely agree with what we post on TCmag. For the porn you can go to totallyNSFW.com, for the rest go and find another website.
I'm willing to make you a deal though.

You find enough people (about 500-600) to sponsor us with say $5 a month so we can pay our hosting bills and peanutbutter our sandwich and I'll go back to posting the old skool TC crap.
