You shoot him 35 times and you expect him to roll over afterwards? If your heart stops you have 20 seconds to live before you die, 40 seconds after you shoot a guy 35 times you expect him to roll over? Wtf? I know you're an Americant but you should at the very least know that the robber is dead.

I think even without previous knowledge of the guy having a weapon it's justified... I mean if being a robber you run towards a cop that's holding his gun you can either be trying to attack him to take his gun, or attack him to escape, or attack him with a knife or any other weapon... so yeah.. completely justified fuck him and all those criticizing, they know nothing.

For all the ones criticizing the cops reaction, if you read the whole story of what happened, he had a knife and was running towards the cops.... perfectly justified, good job.

it was 35 shots idiot. And f*ck tackling someone who has a knife. Plus there were two others on the other side of the register. Forget trying to save someones live, when they threaten others. (the individual who was shot at one point held a knife to the cashiers neck.) I actually live in Wichita and was down the street when this all happened about a year ago. I strongly believe, including the Wichita community, that this was Justified. Its funny, This Dollar General had the highest theft rate out of all the DGs, but know they hardly have candy stolen there. Success.

If I was a cop and some burglar/crook/bad guy was running at me and raising a weapon, the only reason I'd stop shooting would be to re-load.

That's just wrong. 83 fired shots causes way more danger than one skinny burglar. The first police officer could have easily tacked him down and the rest of them would have arrested him with ease. No lives lost, no traumas given. Stupid american police.
